Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Manager - BBBLC to support Business Banking and Practice Finance officers in portfolio management for loans typically over $500,000 across multiple states. You will work with relationship managers and client managers, performing underwriting for renewals, modifications and credit reviews.

You will analyze business and personal financial statements, spread them, and present credit structures and covenants to the Underwriter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related area with accounting coursework.
• 1+ year Business Loan experience and 1+ year credit analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word to create tables and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist underwriting and portfolio management for loans typically >$500,000.
• Analyze financial statements and conduct financial spreading.
• Present credit structures, covenants and conditions to Underwriter.
• Monitor portfolio, track exceptions and manage credit actions as needed.
