Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking a treasury professional to manage day-to-day money movement for US clients and oversee onboarding onto the Treasury Management platform. You will coordinate payments, collaborate with fund accountants, and lead workflow to meet service level agreements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in treasury/banking services, strong cash management skills, and proven people leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day money movement for Gen II US Clients.
• Coordinate payments for capital calls, investor distributions and expenses.
• Oversee onboarding of clients onto Treasury Management platform.
• Collaborate on workflow with fund accountants and client requests.
• Lead daily/weekly workflow with Treasury to meet SLAs; identify efficiency opportunities.
• Assist in transformation activities and drive process improvements.

Your role may include, but will not be limited to, the following tasks which we call ‘Defined Business Activities’. The list of defined business activities is not exhaustive and may be amended from time to time:

• Manage the day-to-day money movement for all Gen II US Clients
• Work with Business Unit Directors and Client Service Teams, respective teams, across Gen II to manage payment instructions and timing of payments for investment capital calls, investor distributions and expenses
• Manage the onboarding of clients onto the Treasury Management platform
• Manage and collaborate on workflow and processes associated with fund accountants and client requests
• Collaborate with Treasury Leadership team to Manage and Coordinate daily/weekly workflow for team to meet service level agreements
• Ensure efficient Control Framework across Treasury and lead on effective planning and organization.
• Assist and where applicable Lead in Transformation activity – help steer project deliverables for Treasury to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with Treasury Leadership team and broader stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process improvement – and lead to fruition.
• Assist in the hiring process for the Treasury Team located in Southampton, England, Jersey, Channel Islands and Luxembourg
• Hold People leader responsibilities – Assist in Managing team development and organization
• Ensure Treasury have robust processes and procedures

Job Requirements, Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field experience
• 5+ years’ experience within the treasury/banking services industry
• Competency in cash management systems
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• People leader experience
• Ability to thrive as part of a team, while also being able to work independently

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our New York office and two (2) days remotely.
