We are seeking a Treasury professional to manage cash movement for our US clients and collaborate with directors and client service teams to time payments for capital calls, distributions, and expenses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day money movement for Gen II US Clients.
• Coordinate payment instructions and timing for investment capital calls, distributions, and expenses.
• Onboard clients onto the Treasury Management platform.
• Manage and collaborate on workflow for fund accountants and client requests.
• Coordinate daily/weekly workflow to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain a robust control framework across Treasury and lead planning/organization.
• Lead or assist in transformation activities to meet objectives.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and drive improvements.
• Support hiring for the Treasury Team across Southampton, Jersey, Channel Islands and Luxembourg.
• Lead people development and team organization within Treasury.
• Ensure Treasury have robust processes and procedures.

• Manage the day-to-day money movement for all Gen II US Clients

The salary range for this position is $125,000-$155,000 in addition to a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our New York office and two (2) days remotely.
