Job summary

S&T Bank seeks a senior analyst to implement, assess, and configure credit risk systems to support business analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with executive leadership to design workflows, run data mining and forecasting, and deliver actionable insights across risk areas.

You will oversee data quality, reporting delivery, and change management while guiding credit system implementations and post-Go-Live support with a focus on SOX controls and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Information Systems, Finance or Business.
• MBA helpful.
• Requires five to ten years of general business experience including Salesforce and nCino implementations.
• Expert usage of BI, data mining, reporting tools (BIC/Webi) or equivalent.
• Credit Administration experience and SOX knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage credit risk data reporting and analytics.
• Lead data mining, forecasting and trending models for risk measurement.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess process improvements in Credit Admin.
• Provide training and end-user support during system implementations.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance (SOX).
