Job summary

Interstate Companies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Credit Manager to lead credit, collections, and AR functions from our corporate headquarters in Eagan, MN. You will establish credit policies, manage risk, and drive process improvement while developing a high-performing team across multiple states.

The role partners with Finance, Sales, and Operations to balance risk with customer relationships and cash flow, with a focus on continuous improvement and technology like Esker.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk management and policy implementation.
• Oversee collections strategy and accounts receivable operations.
• Develop and coaching the Credit & Collections team and AR staff.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and leadership to enable profitable growth.
• Monitor key metrics such as DSO, DBT, aging, and credit exposure.
