Job summary

SoFi is seeking a Specialty Servicing Associate in Utah to investigate and resolve consumer credit disputes, post payments, and handle refund processing. You will review internal records, communicate corrections to bureaus, and ensure compliance with FCRA and privacy guidelines.

You'll input data into systems, analyze transactions for accuracy, and collaborate with credit bureaus and internal teams. Prior e-OSCAR experience and MS Office proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data entry skills (10-key and alpha-numeric).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with e-OSCAR and credit bureau processes.
• Prior banking or loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input data into company systems accurately and timely.
• Research and analyze data to ensure transactions are correct and balanced.
• Identify operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with credit bureaus and internal customers regularly.
• Process payments, refunds, and posting activities.
• Perform account reviews and ensure FCRA compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
