Core & Main in St. Louis seeks a Credit Analyst to support credit and customer data operations, maintain account information, and process setup requests.

You will coordinate with credit managers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely communication, and efficient workflow across credit systems. The role requires 1+ years in credit, data management, or related operations; strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; ability to handle high-volume tasks

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in credit, finance, customer data management, or related operational support field.
• Experience maintaining customer account data and supporting workflow-driven processes in enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, customer data platforms, or similar business applications preferred.
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies, system errors, and process exceptions.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Credit Managers and other internal business partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word, for reporting, mail merge, and routine business communications.
• Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and commitment to process improvement and team support.

Mansioni

• Perform testing and validation activities during system upgrades and peak support periods.
• Assign customer account maintenance requests and assist internal teams with related errors and questions.
• Complete customer setup and maintenance requests and support increased activity as data requirements evolve.
• Process large-scale customer account changes and support setup of newly acquired records.
• Provide system support by identifying missing or incomplete information and coordinating with Credit Managers.
• Route operational emails and messages from shared credit mailboxes to the appropriate Credit Managers or contacts.
• Handle customer communication requests and complete mail merge activities for outbound correspondence.
• Complete monthly KPI reporting and forward failed invoices or statements to Credit Managers.
• Resolve data errors and assist with data cleanup and workflow exceptions.
• Review daily account synchronization reports to verify alignment across systems and make corrections.
• Communicate with Credit Managers regarding undelivered automated emails and update resources as needed.
• Direct incoming messages from general credit mailboxes and route responses to payment reminder emails.
