Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field; CFA preferred.
• 3–5 years in credit analysis or related field; banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and qualitative analysis abilities; familiarity with financial ratios.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform ratio analysis to evaluate portfolio health and trends.
• Assist CCO in analyzing concentrations; prepare written analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support risk assessment.
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
• Produce monthly Board reports within tight timeframes.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and policy reviews; maintain accurate files and records.
• Generate regular reports on credit portfolio performance and risk exposure.
• Collaborate with senior management, risk managers, and legal teams.
• Stay informed on economic trends to inform risk assessments.
