Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to provide customers access to high-quality goods and deliver meaningful work. You will participate in credit and collections, ensure exceptional customer service, and support delivery and merchandising tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and a good driving record — you may drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch service with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness.
