Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a professional to support commercial lending through covenant tracking, document management, and reporting tasks. You will handle file uploads, maintain systems, and ensure accurate documentation for client portfolios.

The role involves collaboration with lending teams, strict adherence to naming conventions, and processing requests while supporting special projects and ad hoc inquiries.

Qualifications

• Banking or loan documentation experience preferred.
• Experience with covenant tracking and document imaging apps is a plus.
• Strong accuracy and attention to procedures.
• Ability to interact with loan origination teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Process financial reporting and covenant tracking requests for commercial lending.
• Upload credit file documents to the digital file system.
• Update reporting system per line of business requests.
• Verify documentation and obtain approvals for waivers/modifications.
• Interact with LOB to obtain missing information.
• Upload documents to digital file system with proper document type verifications.
• Follow naming conventions and classification guidelines.
• Provide client support for assigned charters.
• Respond to and troubleshoot internal inquiries and issues.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
