Job summary

You will process financial reporting and covenant tracking, upload loan documents to the bank's digital filing system, and maintain accurate records while adhering to naming conventions.

The role requires 1–3 years of banking experience, a high school diploma (associate's or bachelor's a plus), and the ability to collaborate with line of business teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general banking experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process financial reporting and covenant tracking requests.
• Upload credit file documents to the Bank’s digital file system.
• Update reporting and covenant tracking per line of business requests.
• Verify documentation for updates/maintenance and obtain approvals for covenant waivers/modifications.
• Interact with LOB to obtain missing or incomplete information.
• Upload documents to the digital file system and verify document type.
• Adhere to naming conventions and classification guidelines.
• Provide client support for assigned charters.
• Respond to and troubleshoot internal inquiries and issues.
• Assist in special projects as needed.
