Tire Distributor Xperts in Gardena, CA is hiring a Credit and Collections Specialist I. This role focuses on reviewing aging, resolving past-due accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in receivables or credit, strong Excel skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Accounts Receivable, credit function or customer service
• Preferred tire/wheels, auto parts, manufacturing, or distribution background
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficient in Excel (incl. VLOOKUP) and MS Office
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)

Responsibilities

• Review weekly aging and identify COD and terms accounts needing payment or reconciliation
• Complete account reconciliations in a timely manner
• Monitor Soft Hold Orders and ensure timely resolution
• Document all communications in NetSuite with weekly summaries and aging reports
• Communicate delays to Warehouse and Sales Reps; propose action plans to prevent recurrences
• Conduct collection calls while maintaining customer relationships
• Provide excellent service to internal teams and external customers
• Process invoice copies, statements, refunds, and proof of delivery promptly
