Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts receivable, credit and collections or related role.
• 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily credit and collection activities of assigned team members.
• Reviews aging reports and directs collection strategies based on status and risk.
• Prepares and reviews files for third-party collection agency assignment.
• Provides coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Analyzes and prepares monthly reports on credit exposure and DSO.
• Ensures all credit-related communications documented in NetSuite.
• Monitors collection workflow efficiency and suggests improvements.
