Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Office environment with computer/keyboard duties; regular interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure accounts are current and payments are collected.
• Review credit status and coordinate with regional credit staff on resolutions.
• Prepare and review portfolio and aging reports monthly with management.
• Process miscellaneous duties including payment processing and accounting adjustments.
