Responsibilities

• Places and answers phone calls with Marketing Executives and customers to solve credit related problems.
• Deals tactfully with customers in challenging situations (e.g., stop-ships, returned checks, declined cards).
• Determines viable solutions with customers using policies and customer service skills.
• Coordinates with other departments regarding customers with outstanding balances.
• Balances personal and departmental reports.
• Develops new methods of decreasing bad debt and increasing collections.
