Job Description: Credit and Collections Specialist

Join our team at Salesforce as a Credit and Collections Specialist! In this role, you will play a vital part in our financial operations by ensuring our customers' accounts are managed effectively, supporting our business growth and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Proactive Customer Engagement: Initiate collection calls to assess account solvency and payment willingness, using your judgment to manage customer accounts.
  2. Transaction Support: Assist customers in maintaining timely payments by providing necessary documentation and support.
  3. Billing Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to resolve billing issues efficiently.
  4. Account Escalation: Identify and escalate problematic accounts to management for prompt resolution.
  5. Financially Distressed Accounts: Work with credit analysts to manage distressed accounts, negotiate payment plans, and recommend suspensions when needed.
  6. Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the team.
  7. Reporting and Compliance: Provide detailed portfolio reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
  8. Training and Mentoring: Share expertise by training team members as required.
