Summary: The Credit and Collections Manager lead’s the University’s student receivables and collections operations, overseeing delinquent account resolution, payment strategy development, compliance enforcement, and coordination with external agencies. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding institutional revenue, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting consistent, equitable financial practices across student populations. The role operates with a high level of autonomy and professional judgment and contributes to operational continuity, risk mitigation, and effective stewardship of university financial resources.
Full-time. 35 hours per week.
$73,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually.
