Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a financial/collections environment.
• Experience handling accounts receivable and credit analyses.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with B2B billing, invoicing and collections processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• College education in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Recover accounts receivable in line with KPIs to ensure cash flow.
• Manage all accounts receivable and rented equipment.
• Conduct credit analyses for new and existing clients to set credit lines.
• Oversee follow-up activities including site visits and negotiations for collections.
• Support collections staff with negotiations and problem resolution.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts via visits and negotiations.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with policies and procedures in collections.
• Prepare and present monthly portfolio results to management.
