THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN ODESSA, TX.Credit/Collections AssociateThe Credit/Collections Associate will perform tasks to assist the Credit/Collections Department in maintaining accurate and current records to assist in the credit and collections process. This position will report to the Credit/Collections Manager.Job Responsibilities:Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets, updating information as needed.Recap in Excel, deposit, and record customer payments from ACH, checks, and credit cards daily and reconcile any discrepancies.Process credit card payments.Maintain customer accounts in financial software, updating information as needed.Assist with credit applications for potential new customer accounts.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High School diploma or GED.Excellent data entry skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.Familiarity with accounting software programs; NetSuite or QuickBooks experience a plus.Organizational skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Time management skills with ability to work under deadlines.Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit/Collections a plus.Experience with billing and/or e-filing a plus.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
