Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Consumer Product Performance Partner – Existing Customer Management to set the ECM growth strategy for Credit Card communications and engagement. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Distribution to optimize profitability and drive KPI targets across channels.

The role requires 8+ years in credit card experience, 2+ years ECM strategy, and strong cross-functional leadership. 40 hours weekly, primarily in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree requirement.
• 8+ years of progressive credit card experience.
• 2+ years ECM strategy experience at regional/national issuer level.
• Ability to lead cross-functionally with key stakeholders – setting the vision and directing to ensure outcome.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage ECM growth, retention and margin objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience across ECM products.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and distribution to meet KPI, budget, and execution targets.
• Design and deploy strategy including campaigns, offers, and communications.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with the Portfolio Manager; discuss pricing strategies and portfolio behavior.
