Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, or related fields.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel or Sheets.
• Experience using CRM tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own relationship success with key issuer customers in the credit cards vertical.
• Architect scalable processes and playbooks for growth.
• Analyze performance data using Excel and visualization tools to diagnose program health and drive decisions.
