• Develop analytics to measure and challenge key business initiatives and recommend solutions.
• Identify and assess performance trends using statistical and data mining methodologies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare and present risk monitoring reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and map business processes to meet timelines.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve risk collections processes.
