Job Description
Job SummaryThe Credit Bureau Manager oversees the day to day functions related to all Credit Bureau Reporting and Disputes. This includes responding to disputes, processing rejects, reviewing controls and analyzing data to insure accurate Credit Bureau Reporting. The Credit Bureau Manager will ensure the effective processing of disputes/tasks within established SLA’s while maintaining quality and accuracy. This position drives team performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable state & federal laws.
This position will manage a staff of Credit Bureau specialists that respond to disputes and work closely with the Credit Reporting agencies to solve rejects and exceptions. This position drives team performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable state & federal laws.
