Your day starts with a quick review of the aging dashboard and a prioritized call list, then you move through outreach and follow‑ups, documenting next steps with clear attention to detail. Between conversations, you’ll pivot to payment application and light research to reconcile items that don’t match what’s expected. You’ll check in with the Credit Manager to confirm account status before orders are released, keeping Credit decisions aligned and consistent. As the day progresses, you may jump into invoice/report backup, help a customer regain portal access, or support new account onboarding so information is clean and usable. Near month‑end, the pace shifts toward closing tasks and commission‑related processing, with steady Customer Service throughout to keep communication professional and on track.
