Job summary

Golden Route Operations, LLC in Springfield, MO seeks a Credit Analyst to support the bank’s lending function by analyzing borrower and guarantor financial information and assessing credit risk.

You will spread financial statements, draft credit memos, gather underwriting data for new and renewal requests, and assist senior analysts and lenders in underwriting, while upholding ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Spread and analyze borrower & guarantor financial statements and tax returns.
• Calculate liquidity, leverage, profitability, DSCR as applicable, and summarize trends.
• Gather and validate underwriting information for new and renewal requests; identify missing items early and communicate gaps to the lender/credit team.
• Draft and assemble sections of the bank’s credit memorandum, including repayment sources, key strengths/weaknesses, and stated terms for senior review.
• Support collateral and secondary review by summarizing appraisal highlights, lien position, and basic borrowing base information; raise concerns.
• Support portfolio monitoring by maintaining financial reporting and covenant/borrowing base ticklers; document follow-up actions and exceptions per process
