Qualifications

• Three-statement financial modeling experience with operating and capital structure builds.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts.
• Formal credit training and credit analysis experience.
• Experience with restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyze all aspects of financing including detailed modeling, due diligence, credit analysis and credit approval.
• Monitor portfolio companies post‑closing and identify origination opportunities.
• Prepare and present quarterly reporting memos to senior managers.
• Participate in workout of distressed deals with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with other departments on administrative and compliance processes.
