Job summary
Societe Generale’s Real Assets and Infrastructure group in New York seeks a Credit Analyst to support CPM in credit portfolio management, focusing on commercial real estate, aircraft and leasing. You will assist senior members with memos, financial analysis and projections.
You will monitor credits, update ratings, prepare reviews, coordinate with third-party servicers and provide information to investors. Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency are required; Argus training is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field.
- MBA/CFA or formal credit training is a plus.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of CPM memos for new originations.
- Prepare annual credit reviews including financial analysis and projections.
- Update financial projections per internal requirements.
- Monitor and report credit triggers and limits.
- Coordinate with third-party servicer for asset oversight and valuations.
- Provide information on credit files to investors.
- Support audits and examinations of portfolios.
