We manage the assets held across GLBA. CPM has three verticals: (i) corporates (investment grade and non-investment grade), (ii) real assets (real estate, energy, infrastructure, etc.) and (iii) financial assets (capital call facilities, middle market lending, etc.). CPM actively manages the portfolio of GLBA to maximize profitability and contribute to investment banking idea generation across M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance for new transactions. We approve all transactions that enter the portfolio and actively work with investors to support the distribution of the portfolio across asset classes.
The Analyst will work within the corporates vertical in CPM covering private equity LBO transactions. The role will support the Portfolio Manager with portfolio monitoring and ongoing analysis of LBO names. Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
