Job summary

Elevate Outdoor Collective is seeking a Credit Analyst to support credit risk evaluation, approve and extend lines, and secure balances due. You will work with Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution to resolve accounts and maintain cash collection goals.

A strong emphasis on customer service and data-driven decisions guides daily activity. The role requires a Business/Accounting/Finance background, solid Excel/Word skills, and proven dispute-resolution experience in a multi-channel

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience in dispute resolution with customers.
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with dealer base, sales force, and management.
• Experience in commercial credit/collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make initial and follow up telephone calls/emails to delinquent accounts to collect balances.
• Analyze financial position of customers using statements, history, and industry reports.
• Negotiate pay plans and document execution when agreed.
• Handle reconciliation, charge backs, and deductions in territory.
• Review credit held orders and release per credit policies; refer to Credit Manager as needed.
