Job summary

Uline is seeking a Credit Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters to assess financial data, determine credit limits, and help keep customer orders moving for a growing North American company. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and 2+ years in credit, customer service, or collections, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Accounting focus preferred.
• 2+ years of credit, customer service or collections experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
