Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, DC and Plant to resolve disputes, monitor accounts, and initiate third-party collections with the Credit Director's approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business preferred.
• Relevant collections or credit experience may offset education.
• 3–5 years of credit/collections experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer credit worthiness and set credit limits.
• Use collection methods to recover past-due balances.
• Monitor shipments based on account status and terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, DC and Plant to resolve disputes.
• Initiate third-party collection actions with director approval.
• Maintain documentation and provide status reports to Credit Director.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
