Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Previous banking credit analysis/loan review experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial documentation for new and renewed loans, including financial statements, tax returns, profit and loss statements, and credit bureau reports.
• Focus on smaller, less complex credits.
• Provide ratio, trend and cash flow analysis; prepare borrower analyses for Loan Officers and Loan Committees.
• Collaborate with Credit Analyst Supervisor and Lenders to ensure informed credit decisions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, loan policies, and underwriting standards.
• Identify characteristics of problem loans and report to Loan Review Officer.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly reports.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality; cooperate with lenders and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
