Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis for loan requests and prepare credit presentations.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written recommendations.
• Support lenders with complex credit transactions and risk assessments.
• Assist with credit training, appraisal reviews, and process improvements.
• Participate in policy updates, regulatory changes, and system enhancements.
