Job summary

Starion Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to join our team across branches in North Dakota and Wisconsin. The role focuses on credit analysis for loan requests, risk assessment, and supporting lenders with complex transactions.

Qualifications

One to three years of credit analysis, lending support or financial analysis experience.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests and prepare credit approval presentations.
Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management.
Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs.
Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and process improvements in credit administration.
Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.
