Job summary

Starion Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to perform credit analysis for loan requests, prepare presentations, and support the credit team with risk assessments and process improvements. This role contributes to policy updates and regulatory compliance while collaborating with lenders across Wisconsin and North Dakota branches.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis for new and existing loan requests, including preparation of credit approval presentations and financial statement spreads.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and provide written credit recommendations to management regarding loan structure and creditworthiness.
• Support lenders with complex credit transactions, risk assessments, and servicing needs.
• Assist with credit-related training, appraisal reviews, and ongoing process improvements within credit administration.
• Participate in projects related to policy updates, regulatory changes, system enhancements, and efficiency initiatives.

This position is available at any of our branches in North Dakota and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; database or financial software experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and present findings.
