Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics with coursework in credit analysis.
• Experience in financial services is preferred, with emphasis on underwriting.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite loan requests, including investment real estate, construction, operating lines of credit, equipment purchases, and agricultural loans.
• Spread and analyze financial statements for all lenders and branches in the market.
• Prepare credit officer memos with financial analysis to support underwriting decisions.
• Monitor post-funding performance and draw requests, and participate in loan committee meetings.
• Provide clear analyses to sales, underwriting, senior management, and customers.
