Addison Group is seeking a Credit Analyst to evaluate financial information, assess credit risk, and support lending decisions across commercial and real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate will analyze financial statements, understand business credit, and communicate recommendations to lending teams and leadership.

The role requires attention to detail, knowledge of GAAP, and the ability to collaborate with underwriting teams while maintaining regulatory awareness.

Competenze

• 2+ years of credit analysis within financial services.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and business credit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate recommendations effectively to lending teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Assign risk classifications and provide recommendations regarding approval or decline of credit requests.
• Partner with lending teams on underwriting, ongoing administration, monitoring, and reporting of commercial and commercial real estate loans.
• Support lenders in evaluating credit opportunities and documenting the rationale behind lending recommendations.
• Contribute to credit risk management activities, including portfolio analysis, stress testing, management reporting, board reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Review financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow information, and tax returns to evaluate an applicant's overall financial position and credit risk.
• Assess borrower strengths, weaknesses, repayment capacity, and other relevant factors to support informed lending decisions.
