Job summary

Uline is seeking a Credit Team Lead to manage a dedicated group of Credit Analysts in support of our North American operations. You will provide guidance, resolve credit issues, and drive in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, overseeing credit review processes, and leading special projects within the Credit department. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in credit or collections are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Credit or Collections experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance and support to help your team succeed.
• Step in to resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support informed, high-impact business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.
