Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, seeks a Credit Analyst to analyze financial data and make informed credit decisions that keep customer orders moving. You will support operations and help ensure a reliable customer experience for a growing North American company.

Position pays from $29 to $31 per hour with on‑site work at our Pleasant Prairie, WI location.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably.
2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong analytical, multitasking and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
