Uline, a family‑owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, seeks a Credit Analyst to analyze financial data and make informed credit decisions that keep customer orders moving. You will support operations and help ensure a reliable customer experience for a growing North American company.

Position pays from $29 to $31 per hour with on‑site work at our Pleasant Prairie, WI location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, preferably.
• 2+ years of experience in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily, analyzing account history, credit reports and payment trends to determine credit limits.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and email communications related to credit decisions and account inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
