Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with focus in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years in credit, customer service or collections a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review a high volume of customer orders daily to determine credit limits.
• Provide customer service via phone and email related to credit decisions and inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support decisions.
• Evaluate high-risk or fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
