Job summary

First Service Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst to perform in-depth financial analysis and risk assessment from corporate offices in Arkansas. The role supports sound lending decisions and collaborates with Loan Officers, the Chief Lending Officer, and Loan Committee.

You will analyze creditworthiness, interpret ratios, and prepare clear reports while coordinating with teams to gather required documents and update reviews.

This role will help First Service Bank make sound lending decisions that support our customers and our mission. The Credit Analyst is responsible for performing in-depth financial analysis to determine the ability of individuals and businesses to service existing and proposed debt. This role estimates lending risks, including industry trends, interest rates, payment requirements, and cash flow—and communicates findings to Loan Officers, the Chief Lending Officer, Loan Committee, and Board of Directors to support informed decision-making.
