Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze mortgage loan requests.
• Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information and related documentation.
• Gather and validate customer financial information for complete and accurate analysis.
• Analyze and submit PMI loans to provider.

Key Responsibilities of a Credit Underwriting Intern:

• Member of the Country Living Underwriting team
• Analyze mortgage loan requests
• Review financial statements, credit reports, collateral information, and related documentation.
• Gather and validate customer financial information to ensure complete and accurate analysis.
• Analyze and submit Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) loans to provider

Requirements:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Agriculture background or interest preferred.
• Sophomore status or above in your academic program.
• A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
