What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Monitor loan covenants by running scorecards and reviewing loan agreements
- Prepare loan committee presentations, including cash flow and collateral analysis
- Collaborate closely with the commercial lending team and senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant underwriting experience
- Experience in completing financial spreads and covenant calculations
- Strong knowledge of technology and business computer applications
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure of meeting deadlines
