• Lead and supervise Credit Analysts; provide training and mentorship.

• Assist with Loan Committee presentations and collateral analysis of impaired loans.
• Support Credit Officer with monthly reports for Credit Committee and Board.
• Monitor portfolios and ensure loan quality and profitability.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching for staff.
