Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or commensurate banking experience.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis or banking.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analyses and financial statement reviews of complex loans, industries, and commercial and ag loan relationships.
• Create professional credit presentations summarizing borrower's financial condition and evaluate repayment capacity and collateral.
• Monitor loan requests and assign risk ratings based on lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Research industry information from external sources and provide analysis.
• Meet with commercial customers with loan officers to foster relationships and enhance credit understanding.
• Support other segments of Credit Analysis and participate in credit-related projects.
