Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing Liaison to guide candidates from offer to start by coordinating documentation, screenings, medical services, certifications and client requirements for clearance. This temp role runs through 3/31/2027 and emphasizes high-touch service with strict compliance.

The role connects candidates with internal partners, client contacts and vendors, maintains timely communication, and manages a changing workload to ensure accurate records and on-time starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare staffing, credentialing, compliance or similar deadline-driven work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to protect confidential information.
• Proficiency with multiple systems, databases, web portals and tracking tools while following processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end credentialing for clinicians and non-clinical candidates ensuring compliance with client, Aya, and state/federal requirements.
• Guide candidates through credentialing and compliance steps, explaining needs and due dates.
• Review, validate, document and track certifications, licenses, background screenings and other documentation.
