Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Credentialing Specialist in New Jersey to manage provider data, enrollments, and licensing documents while coordinating with our CVO and external vendors. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely renewals.

The candidate will work with health plans, ensure proper documentation, and maintain strong communication with insurance carriers and field operators. CPCS is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in provider healthcare credentialing with outpatient focus.
• Knowledge of health plans and state credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current data for all providers.
• Completes provider/payor enrollment applications and follows up as needed.
• Maintains current licenses, malpractice coverage and required documents.
• Researches and analyzes credentialing data.
• Tracks license/certification expirations for timely renewals.
• Coordinates with CVO to submit credentialing requests.
• Audits provider addresses with health plans.
• Maintains confidentiality of provider information.
