Key Rehab in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist to join our corporate support staff in Murfreesboro or nearby. This role focuses on credentialing and re-credentialing for therapists and clinicians within an outpatient setting, ensuring payer enrollment and adherence to regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of healthcare experience, knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes, and proficiency with CAQH, MS Office, and Google products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Two years credentialing experience preferred.
• Credentialing therapists and/or mental health clinicians preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with CAQH, MS Office, and Google products.
• Experience with insurance verification, HRIS, EMR software.
• Ability to problem-solve payer-specific challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage credentialing and re-credentialing for therapists and behavioral health clinicians in an outpatient setting.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, operations, and billing teams to support timely provider enrollment and credentialing.
