Job summary

Ivy Health in New Jersey is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to ensure accurate provider data, manage enrollment applications, and maintain licenses. You will coordinate with a CVO and external vendors, research data, and protect confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in provider credentialing focused on outpatient PT/OT/SP/ABA/Pediatric Rehab, and familiarity with payer systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of credentialing experience in outpatient PT/OT/SP/ABA/Pediatric Rehab
• Experience with NPI/CAQH and credentialing software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with insurance carriers and providers

Responsibilities

• Maintains current and accurate data for all providers.
• Completes provider/payor enrollment applications and tracks status.
• Maintains licenses, malpractice coverage and required documents for providers.
• Researches and analyzes credentialing data and tracks expirations.
• Coordinates with CVO and external vendors to submit credentialing requests.
• Maintains confidentiality of provider information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

CPCS certification (preferred)
